Parking: Unfortunately, parking is limited and the surrounding highways are restricted, therefore the car park will be prioritised for school coaches. Spectators are advised to car share where possible. Anyone unable to park in the designated areas do so at their own risk.

• On arrival please report to the check-in desk to register your team and receive the programme for the day.

• An opportunity to walk the course will be given before the start of the event.

• Please ensure your children have appropriate clothing for the day, i.e. running kit as well as warm, waterproof clothing, as the competition will go ahead in all weathers, excluding thunderstorms. I would also like to remind you that a change of footwear is required as running spikes are not permitted in the clubhouse.

• As this is an all day event children will need to bring a packed lunch and plenty to drink. However, hot refreshments will be available on the day, at a cost.

• Please may I remind you to bring a black sack for your litter throughout the day.

• Any unnamed items of clothing left behind at the end of the day will be donated to charity.

• A professional photography company will be present on the day; photos can be purchase on the day.
