G&T News for week beginning 5/12/2011

This weeks sessions are the final sessions of the year, this week sees the younger groups learning about competition nutrition whilst the year 5-9 group will be looking at self massage and injury prevention.

Includes coaching in jumps / throws / relays and running

COST: £12 per day or £55 for 5 days. Sibling discount available
